I am the guiding light
At the end of day,
A guardian for those
That have lost their way.

I am the poet's companion,
The musicians muse;
I bestow inspiration
To those seeking truth.

Through the arms of darkness
I circle the earth,
Dusting her valleys
With the seeds of rebirth.

I am the dancing light
On oceans and streams;
I am the one for whom
the nightingale sings.

I keep your lover's dreams
And bring dreamers delight,
I am the moon goddess,
Queen of the night.
