MOON DANCE

Dancing within the medicine wheel,
A guardian wolf protects her side.
Praying to the Great Spirit;
"Let our children walk with pride."

"Save and bless this Mother earth..
Forgive the sins of man,
For the destruction created in his path,
Forsaking our Father's plan. "

"Bring peace to all creation,
Guide  us with your gentle hand;
Show us the way to happiness,
Help man to save this land. "

A vision appeared before her,
As soft tears renewed the earth;
A time of peace and harmony,
where love will bring rebirth.

She lingered in the moonlight..
while distant drumming filled the air;
She offered thanks for what she sought,
The answer to her prayer.
